We strongly encourage our patients to use Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway to directly connect with their physicians. Patient Gateway is a secure and convenient online tool that allows patients to request appointments, request refills on prescriptions, review test results, get insurance referrals, and more.
If you are not on Patient Gateway:
To get a prescription refill or to get a referral to a specialist, you may call our offices. Please allow 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends for requests to be processed.
Questions for your physician
During normal business hours you may call the office and leave a message for your physician. Either your physician or your physician's medical assistant will return your call. If you need a physician after hours, please call the practice and the answering service will pass your information along to the on-call physician, who will call you back in a timely manner. We suggest you remove any blocks to Caller ID or Call Intercept features of your telephone so that your call may be returned promptly.
