Patient Gateway

We encourage all of our patients to take advantage of the convenience and power of Patient Gateway as way to connect with our practices. Partners Patient Gateway is a secure and convenient online tool that allows patients to:
  • Communicate with their doctors
  • Schedule appointments
  • Request prescription renewals
  • Receive test results
  • Request insurance referrals
  • View their health record information
  • Update mailing address and other demographic data

If you are not on Patient Gateway: 

To get a prescription refill or to get a referral to a specialist, you may call our offices. Please allow 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends for requests to be processed.

Questions for your physician

During normal business hours you may call the office and leave a message for your physician. Either your physician or your physician's medical assistant will return your call. 

If you need a physician after hours, please call the practice and the answering service will pass your information along to the on-call physician, who will call you back in a timely manner. We suggest you remove any blocks to Caller ID or Call Intercept features of your telephone so that your call may be returned promptly.  Office practice numbers here >

Urgent Care

If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, such as chest pain, bleeding or stroke symptoms, please call 911. NSPG also offers urgent care services for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries at North Shore Urgent Care in Danvers.
