NSPG continuously strives to provide a perfect experience to each and every one of its patients. We established a Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) consisting of patients and families who volunteer to provide on-going guidance and insight into how to improve the NSPG patient experience.
Patients and family members can offer a unique perspective about the care that they have received. The role of the council is to represent all patients and ensure that the patient's point of view is integrated into quality and service improvements throughout NSPG.
Recently NSPG PFAC members have worked on the following projects:
- Assisted in the design and flow at NSPG practices and North Shore Urgent Care.
- Created a new patient intake process.
- Developed a phone management system.
- Developed outreach events to help educate patients about Patient Centered Medical Home, Patient Gateway and Urgent Care.
Patients and families of different ages, genders and geographic locations experience the NSPG brand differently. We welcome anyone who is interested in joining our Patient Family Advisory Council to contact us. Everyone who inquires about joining is asked to complete our screening process and orientation.
WHEN and WHERE:
We meet monthly, for an hour and a half in the evening, at our corporate offices at 2 Corporation Way, Peabody.
